Ailments Cured By Santokh Singh Parmar

His constipation was cured after a few days. After 10 consultations his weight came down by 12 kg and his knee pain was slightly better.
He was so much impressed by this treatment without any medicines that he made a handsome donation to the Trust. He was much healthier and follow Naturo-Food Therapy when his weight tends to increase again.
2009/40 – Tarlochan Singh (DOB 20-03-1956) : This gentleman serving in the Punjab Armed Police wanted to reduce his 78 kg weight (height 5’-8”), was suffering from high blood pressure and acidity/gas in the stomach. He started Naturo-Food Therapy on 20-10-2009 and after only 2 days of eating fruit only his acidity/gas problem vanished completely. As his weight was coming down, he reduced his blood pressure medication. After about 4 months of treatment with natural foods in tandem with exercise/deep breathing routine his blood pressure was normal without any medication and his weight had come down to 68 from 78 kg. His energy level had improved and he did not feel any sluggishness. He was very happy (so were we) with his weight reduction and general good health.
2010/4 – Vinod Kumar (DOB 01-02-1970) : This generator mechanic weighed 73 kg (height 5’-3”) and his blood pressure was mildly raised at 139/95 on 25-01-2010 when he came to see Santokh Singh Parmar at the clinic. He informed that he was suffering from breathlessness and numbness in his swollen feet. He followed Naturo-Food Therapy advice for about 2 months after which his weight came down from 73 to 67½ kg, the swelling in his feet had disappeared and there was no numbness. His blood pressure was normal at 118/77 on 19-03-2010 and he said he was feeling fine all round.
2010/15 – Jasvinder Nafra (DOB -01-12-1963) : This lady with a high-pressure job in the Punjab Government was suffering from hypothyroidism disorder, chronic constipation, anaemia (Hb 6 or 7 for a long time), low pulse rate, migraine and thirstiness/tiredness. Her weight was 70 kg (height5’-7”). She does not believe in allopathic medications as she was aware of their harmful side-effects. She started Naturo-Food Therapy on 08-05-2010. She was advised to have high-fibre/low-calorie diet of fruits (including apricots and mangoes), vegetables including potatoes with skin, whole grains, nuts/seeds like walnuts, flaxseeds, sesame seeds but no almonds, iodised salt in moderation. She was advised to refrain from eating meat, fish, eggs, cheese and milk. She was strongly advised to avoid stress all costs and was explained rest/relaxation techniques including yoga, meditation and listening to smoothing music. She was also advised to do moderate physical excercise and practice deep breathing. After following the above advice for about 7 months, her thyroid disorder had improved considerably (but not cured completely as it takes more than a year to recover). Her weight came down to 64½ from 70 kg, her blood pressure and pulse rate were normal, constipation was no more a problem, her Hb increased to 11.1 and there was overall marked improvement in her general health.
