2009/15 – Rupa Khatri (DOB 27-11-1979) : This lady, branch manager of ICICI Lombard bank branch in Chandigarh, practiced martial art for self defence but was unhappy about brown patchy pigmentation of the cheeks. She had tried all sorts of medications including expensive cosmetic creams and lotions for several years but in vain. She also had homeopathic treatment for one year which also did not cure facial pigmentation. She was also suffering from hairfall and was slightly overweight at 61 kg for her height of 5’-2”. When she met Santokh Singh Parmar on 24-04-2009 for treatment, she was extremely worried and very stressed due to face pigmentation as her marriage was fixed for the 29 August, 2009. After following Naturo-Food Therapy for only 3 ¼ months her face pigmentation was completely gone and skin was very clear, her energy level was up, no hairfall, weight reduced by 3 kg and there was overall improvement in general health too. All this due to the holistic attributes of Naturo-Food Therapy. In addition to advising her to eat suitable fruits, vegetables/salads and nuts/seeds. she was also advised the use of herbs like aloevera, turmeric. She telephoned Mr. Parmar a few days before her marriage to invite him along with the Goindis to her marriage and see for ourselves “a beautiful bride with a glowing face.” We did attend the marriage and blessed her for good health for life. She told us that her family and friends were truly amazed that by simply following a natural diet and cutting out all junk foods, she was able to achieve unbelievable results a shining radiant face.

2009/30 – A bank employee living in Mohali, Punjab : He was 5’-11” tall and weighed at 91 kg which was a health concern to him along with constipation and mild osteoarthritis in the knees. He used to take pain killers, glucosamine and medication for constipation. He was going to the gym regularly for few years to reduce weight but it was adamant to come down.

He met Santokh Singh Parmar Naturo-Food Therapist and Lifestyle Consultant on 16-08-2009 and explained his dietary and exercise routines. His dietary habits were erratic, he was drinking too much black tea and going to the gym with empty stomach. He was advised to drink warm water with fresh lemon juice on waking and eat specific fruits only for three days at 2 to 2 ½ hour intervals with a glass of water in between meals. After 3 days, he was told to eat steamed vegetables, sprouted grains, 15 almonds or 7 walnuts, brown rice and oats porridge and home-made food. He was also adviced to do deep breathing excercises, listen to music, be happy, do yoga and do brisk walking.
