Any type of moderately intensive exercise for 30-60 minutes a day for 5-6 times a week, like stretching, walking, bicycling, swimming, even dancing will help move lymph, expel toxins, motivate the blood, reduce stress, uplift mood and revitalise the body and mind. Losing weight with diet and without exercise causes you to lose both fat as well as muscle which pushes the metabolic rate down. This means you can gain weight even though you are eating less food.
