Curing acne, pimples, balckheads, wihteheads with naturo-food therapy
1. Sometimes oil glands in the body work overtime, especially in the summer, leading to clogged pores with accumulation of dirt and grime — all of which translates into all sorts of eruptions, infections and foul body odour. Acne is particularly common during the teen years when the skin can produce lot of oil which along with dead skin cells and or bacteria clogs pores of the skin. Blackheads occur when a pore is clogged with excess oil secreted by sebaceous oil glands, dirt and dead skin cells. The combination of oil and dead cells turns black when it is exposed to the air. Whiteheads result from the clogged pores that are not exposed to the air because the pores are covered by the epidermis (outerskin). Pimples occur when clogged pores become infected with bacteria and oily skin releases sebum.
