Letter dated 28-05-1992 from Professor Surinder S. Suri (#1454, Sector 44B, Chandigarh) : He was “going almost blind” and “ was not able to read and write”. He “was thinking of cancelling” his visit to Germany where he was to deliver lectures for three months at various universities and institutions.
