Goindis Naturo-Food Therapy

12. Goindis couple Dr. S.S. Goindi and Dr. (Mrs.) G.K. Goindi are a unique team of dedicated votaries of nature-cure and have devised an alternative human dietary based on the twin attributes of man’s original diet namely easy digestibility and good taste. Taste, they say is important attribute of food which triggers the digestive glands to secrete digestive juices, which in turn must get easily digestible food for making good blood fortified with natural resistance power. Thus begins the cycle for good health.

Good Natural Diet–> Blood with Natural Resistance Power–>    Good Healthy Life

13. Goindis couple believe that good food makes good blood and bad food makes bad blood which is the root cause of all the diseases suffered by ever increasing numbers of human beings worldwide. The basic principle of Naturo-Food Therapy is to replace the bad blood with good. This Therapy consists of treatment with a natural vegetarian diet (sometimes mono-diet to start with for a few days), of fruits/vegetables and simple preparations from germinated cereals and grains which are not only tasteful, nutritious and easy to digest but also have medicinal and health values. The new purified blood: –

a. increases the body’s resistance to infection;

b. strengthens the ability of the body to overcome virtually all kinds of ailments; and additionally.

c. slows down the ageing process through the consumption of nucleic acid contained in germinated cereals and grains.

14.Dr. S.S. Goindi alongwith Dr. (Mrs.) Goindi have over the years held a number of health camps and conducted workshops and delivered lectures at universities, schools/colleges, Rotary and other clubs demonstrating the concept of Goindis Naturo-Food Therapy.
