viii. Smoking; taking drugs, tea, coffee, alcohol; chewing tobacco; intake of salt, oils, fats, starch, sugar, non-veg food; use of junk, refined, processed and fried foods such as pizzas, burgers, samosas, pakoras, savoury snacks such as bhujia, crisps; tinned/ready packed meals and beverages with harmful chemicals, colourings, additives, preservatives such as noodles, soups and all fizzy drinks, colas are strictly prohibited during the course of treatment and advisably afterwards also. (Harmful effects of these prohibited foods on specific ailments can be discussed as appropriate during the consultation session/s).

ix. Medicines already being taken may be tapered off or completely discontinued as and when considered appropriate by the patient himself/herself or as advised by his/her Doctor.

x. Some advanced ailments such as of the liver, lungs, heart and kidneys may be incurable, but Naturo-Food Therapy can help patients improve their quality of life.

xi. Some tests for ailments such as diabetes, anaemia etc may be required at patient’s own cost before and/or during the treatment. Cost of natural foods and their preparations will also be borne by the patients.

xii. Success of the treatment through Naturo-Food Therapy will solely depend upon the patient adhering to the prescribed diet and as such, no assurance about cure/recovery can be given. However, excellent success rate has been achieved where patients have strictly followed the dietary regime advised by the Naturo-Food Therapist/s.
