Gandhi Yug and Prakirti Vani, Luckmow : 10-10-1973 : Dr. S.S. Goindi emphasized at a conference “that Nature Cure was not merely a system of healing but also a way of life, the propagation of which is very basic.” A few original preparations of natural sweets were exhibited at the conference by Mrs. G.K. The Daily Jag Bani, Jalandhar : 22-03-1997 : This emphasizes that Dr. S.S.Goindi has converted his kitchen into a clinic and that you can avoid all ailments by consuming diet made of sprouted grains/cereals without additional oil/fat. Diabetes of Sh. Dhanak Lal Mandal, former Governor of Haryana, India, who used to have insulin injection every day, was cured by controlling his diet.

“The Week” dated 04-10-1998 highlighting the progress of treatment of Devu Bha, a chronic diabetic patient referred to Dr. S.S. Goindi by Dr. R.S. Dhaliwal of PGI, Chandigarh. It graphically shows that Devu Bha’s random blood sugar level of 492 mg/dl dropped to 142 mg/dl in a month’s time with Naturopath Dr. Goindi’s Food Therapy.

Chandigarh Tribune dated 02-05-2001 :This states that Goindis couple (Satyendra Singh Goindi and Gurkirpal Kaur Goindi) “who have developed their own food therapy based on principles of natural diet, claim to have cured people suffering from diabetes, arthritis, heart ailments, thyroid, even cancer and other diseases”. The article also stated that they have developed numerous oil/fat-free vegetarian nutritional tasty foods using germinated cereals and grains. Regarding their plan, Goindis said, “We have an ambitious plan to establish a food therapy ashram and hospital as our aim is to provide health and nutrition service to people”. This is the Press Report, referred to earlier which I kept with me for over two years before finding time to meet the Goindis couple on 07-07-2003.

The Times of India dated 08-06-2002 : This article portrays coloured photographs of Goindis’ tasty oil/fat-free preparations. Goindis say that their “effort is to make food nutritious, palatable,  easily digestible and appealing to the taste buds and at the same time bringing  out medicinal attributes of natural foods.” They emphasise  that “ you are what you eat, you can’t remain healthy eating junk food.” They also point out that  “Good food makes good blood and bad food causes diseases.”

Chandigarh Tribune dated 14-01-2004: This press report following the Inauguration of the Temporary Ashram on 13-01-2004 highlights the benefits of Naturo-Food Therapy and natural food preparations by the Goindis. Santokh Singh Parmar, Chairperson of the Naturopathy, Chairperson of the Naturopathy Trust explained future plans of building an Ashram where research and development of alternative health foods could be undertaken.

Indian Express Chandigarh Newsline dated 11-09-2004: This is also about the Goindis visit to the U.K. in 2004 for over two months where they treated many patients who “were all restored to good health by the power of natural foods.”

The Tribune dated September 2004: Dr. S.S. Goindi claiming that the heart bypass surgery of Bill Clinton former USA President could have been avoided by following dietary regime which lowers cholesterol and unblocks the arteries as well. Dr. Goindi cites the case of Dr. Kuldip Singh former Professor and Head of Surgery, PGI, Chandigarh whose second bypass was avoided in 2002 after he followed his diet.
