2010/18 – Rajpal Kaur (DOB 14-12-1976) : This lady teacher was nursing her first child (son) of six months. Her weight was 75 ½ kg (height 5’-3”). She was keen to get rid of excess weight, was suffering from constipation problems, acidity/gas in the stomach, headaches every other day, facial skin pigmentation, allergic blisters on right hand fingers and knee pain had recently raised its head. She started Naturo-Food Therapy on 20-12-2010. She was advised to breast feed (no formula milk/bottle feed) her son and to not give any food and even water till he is one year old. She was advised to eat specific high-fibre/low-calorie diet to shed her excess pregnancy weight. After 1½ months of Therapy, she shed 5 kg weight, acidity and gas no more a problem, there were no headaches and there was some improvement to the knee pain. She is still following the basic principles of Naturo-Food Therapy and maintains good general health.

2011/12 – Baljinder Singh (DOB 08-06-1990) : This student was verging on the obese side with 87 ½ kg weight (height 5’-8”). He was also suffering from usual lifestyle ailments such as mildly raised blood pressure (132/89), dry skin, constipation, acidity and would often get cough and cold symptoms especially during change of weather periods. He felt always tired and sluggish and needed too much sleep. He started Naturo-Food Therapy on 15-02-2011 and after only 18 days his problem of constipation, acidity, cough and cold symptoms had disappeared into thin air. He was no more feeling sluggish and his sleep pattern also improved. He stopped attending the clinic due to his exam after 2 ½ months when he weighed less by 9 kg, his blood pressure was normal and the dryness of the skin was also improving slowly.
